How to ask for a refund

Reply to your kit email or to your Stripe receipt within 14 days of your purchase and say you would like a refund. We refund the full amount to the card you paid with. Banks usually show it within 5 to 10 business days.

What it covers

Every LogoRay purchase: the Core kit, the Pro kit, and the upgrade from Core to Pro. Each is covered for 14 days from the day you bought it.

After a refund

A refund ends your license to use that kit, so stop using the files and delete them. You can compose and buy a kit again anytime.
