What we collect, and why.

LogoRay collects as little as it can, and never sells your data.

When you use the composer

The composer runs in your browser. We record the brand name you type, without any contact details, to understand how the tool is used. We measure visits with Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics, and PromoteKit credits the affiliate who referred you, if any.

When you ask us to email you your logo

We store your email address and your design so we can send it to you with a link back to it. If you tick the follow-up box, we also send at most two follow-up emails about that logo. Each one has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops them immediately.

When you answer the one-question survey

Your answer and the design on screen are stored without your email address or any other contact details.

When you buy

Stripe processes your payment, and we never see your card number. We receive your email address and what you bought, and use them to deliver your kit and to handle support and refunds. If you share a testimonial after buying, we store it and publish it only with your permission.

Who processes it for us

Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting and analytics), Google Analytics (analytics) and PromoteKit (affiliate tracking).

Your choices

To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, reply to any email you received from LogoRay and we will handle it. LogoRay is operated by Aberlay, a company based in France.
